  • The product must remain unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. 
  • All tags, invoices, and packaging materials should be intact. 

For a smooth return experience, we recommend keeping the original packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Refund Policy & Processing Time 
 

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. 
 

Refunds are only applicable to products that meet our return conditions. Items exhibiting damage, signs of use, or misuse will not be eligible for a refund. 
 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items 
 

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons. These include: 
 

  • Innerwear & Lingerie: Returns are not accepted due to hygiene concerns. 
  • Swimwear & Activewear: Items that come into direct contact with the skin are not eligible for returns. 
  • Customized & Personalized Products: Made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded. 
  • Clearance & Sale Items: Discounted or clearance sale products are final and ineligible for return.
